Overview

Linen Light stands behind the quality of every product we sell. This Warranty Policy explains your statutory rights as a consumer, the terms of any additional manufacturer warranty that applies to your purchase, and how to report a defective item so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Statutory Warranty

All goods purchased from Linen Light are covered by the statutory warranty for defects required by law. If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or otherwise does not conform to what was ordered, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the circumstances and to the extent permitted by applicable law, this may include:

• Repair of the defective item, or
• Replacement with a like item, or
• Where repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, a price reduction or a refund.

These statutory rights exist independently of, and in addition to, any manufacturer warranty described below. Nothing in this policy limits or reduces the protections you are entitled to under applicable consumer protection law.

Manufacturer Warranty

Where a product carries an additional manufacturer warranty, that warranty applies for 2 years from the date of purchase. This manufacturer warranty is provided on top of, and does not replace, your statutory rights described above. It is intended to cover manufacturing defects that arise during normal, intended use of the product within the warranty period.

Reporting a Fault

If you believe a product you purchased from us is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@linenlight.shop. To help us assess and resolve your claim without delay, please include the following when you reach out:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the fault or defect
• Photos of the issue, where possible

Once we receive your claim, we'll review the information provided and get back to you promptly to confirm the next steps toward a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, as applicable.
