Order Processing & Handling Time

Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, our team begins preparing it for shipment right away. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, so orders placed over a weekend or on a holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes an additional 3-4 business days. This estimate applies after handling time and reflects the transit time to your address. While we work to meet these timeframes consistently, delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as factors outside our control — such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays — can occasionally affect the final arrival date.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders to customers located in the United States and the United Kingdom. If your delivery address falls outside of these regions, we are unfortunately unable to process or fulfill your order at this time.

Shipping Costs

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the regions listed above. Any shipping charges that may apply will always be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you'll know the full cost of your order in advance.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to follow your parcel's progress and get an up-to-date estimate of its arrival.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

We take care to ensure every order reaches you safely and within the stated timeframe. If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or hasn't arrived within the delivery window described above, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@linenlight.shop. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
