1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Linen Light online store ("we," "us," or "our") by consumer and business customers alike. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the other store policies referenced below. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on our website at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

3. Conclusion of contract

The product listings displayed in our online store are not legally binding offers to sell; they are an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at checkout, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. An automatic order confirmation email only confirms that we have received your order — it does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of it. A contract of sale is formed only once we accept your order, either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you.

4. Prices and shipping

All prices shown on our product pages are quoted in US dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes. Any shipping costs are calculated and displayed to you during checkout before you complete your order, so the total cost is always clear before you pay.

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom, and shipping is free on all orders to these destinations.

5. Payment

You may choose from the following payment methods at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed with a handling time of 1–2 business days before they are dispatched. Once shipped, delivery typically takes a further 3–4 business days to addresses in the United States and United Kingdom. These are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and other circumstances outside our control.

7. Retention of title

All goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are covered by us. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method. If you would prefer not to receive a refund, we are also happy to offer an exchange as an alternative. 9. Warranty

Products purchased from Linen Light are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any statutory warranty rights you may have under applicable law. If you believe an item you purchased is faulty or defective, please contact us using the details in Section 2 above so that we can assist you.

10. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any disagreement directly and informally wherever possible. If you have a concern about your order or these Terms, please contact us first using the details above so we can work toward a solution together. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between us, either party remains free to pursue it through the courts or any other dispute resolution channels available under the governing law referenced below.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply in full force and effect.
